About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Casa Real for an 8-week contract. This position offers competitive pay, a consistent night shift schedule, and a supportive environment focused on quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations

• Administer medications and monitor resident conditions

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes

• Document care accurately in EMR systems

• Support residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of [Insert State]

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care or rehab preferred)

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work the designated night schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
