Position Overview

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity with guaranteed 36 hours per week, offering consistency and work-life balance in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians.

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• New graduates and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply.
