Qualifications
- Current LPN License in the State of Florida with 1 year of experience in facility
- ACHA Clearence
- CPR Certification including Hands-on Demonstration through American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
- Negative TB test completed within the last 12 months
- Statement of Good Health/ Physical within the last 6 months
- Effective Communication
