What You’ll Do:
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to RNs or physicians.
  • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.
  • Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
  • Document patient care accurately in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPN license 
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Experience: Previous LPN experience 
  • Certifications: BLS certification (required).
  • Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
