Adelphi is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing services in a school -based setting located in Savannah, Georgia. <\/span><\/span><\/div>
The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to medically fragile students in accordance with established guidelines, school procedures, and standards of nursing practice.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Current CPR/BLS certification.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience working with medically fragile students preferred.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting students as needed.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Direct monitoring of students' health and wellness needs within the classroom and/or during school bus transportation.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
