Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Searcy, AR. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality care to patients and assisting with their daily needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Monitor and document patient vital signs
• Assist with patient hygiene and grooming
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends
