The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and
direct the nursing services and related programs and activities which provide
quality care and promote and maintain resident health and independence under
the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Requirements:
Able to work in a team setting and independently
as well. A valid LPN License in good standing from the
Virginia State Board of Nursing. Shifts/Hours/Schedules:
Full or Part Time Third Shift 7:00pm-7:30am $23.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on years of experience Shift differentials offered Monday - Friday 7:00pm - 7:00am $1.00 per hour Shift differentials offered Saturday & Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am $1.50 per hour Benefits:
We offer a robust benefits package with a
low-cost HSA plan for Full Time employees. Part Time employees earn two weeks of PTO per
year and have access to 3 days (24 hours) of PTO upon hire. Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness
center and saltwater pool. $50.00 reimbursement for annual medical exams
and $25.00 reimbursement for annual dental visit with enrollment with our
insurance plans. Extra PTO added for perfect attendance per

Follow established facility
policies and procedures to provide treatment to residents in accordance
with physicians’ orders Provide emergency care to
residents when necessary Requisition adequate supplies to
provide treatment to residents Participate in supervision of
