Graduate of Approved School of Practical Nursing
Current licensure as Licensed Practice Nurse (IV Certified) in Missouri or ability to obtain required licensure within 3 months of graduation.
Maintains Basic Life Support Validation.
Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/skills.
Demonstrates skill in area of specialty.
