The campus of Copeland Oaks includes Independent Living, Catered Living, Assisted Living, and Crandall Medical Center, a Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility.
Your day to day as a LPN Supervisor
As an LPN Supervisor at Copeland Oaks, you will oversee daily nursing operations ensuring high standards of care are met for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating resident care • Reviewing and documenting resident assessments • Overseeing medication administration • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines • Training and mentoring new nursing staff • Providing guidance on best practices to enhance their skills • Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care transitions • Participating in quality improvement initiatives that enhance the overall resident experience
