What You'll Do
Provide exceptional nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards
What We're Looking For
Active Iowa (or compact) LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
