Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently licensed in the State of New York as a LPN (or pending license) – MUST be in good standing!
• High School Diploma or GED minimum
• Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community
• Ability to plan, monitor, and provide nursing care to the residents within the facility while taking pride in the quality care and services offered
• Desire to serve as a visible and productive member of the Crest Manor “family” including providing excellent customer service and care to the Crest Manor residents, their families, guests & visitors
• Ability to observe, monitor, document, and report any change in resident status and complete daily paperwork as directed/expected
• Ability to pass meds on our units quickly and efficiently as a team player
• Ability to work well with other staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs as well as interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible quality of care for residents
• Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work autonomously
• Must be able to work as a team member and take direction from RN Supervisors and other management

Schedule:

• Full-time/Part-time
• Day Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)
• Evening Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
• Night Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)
• Must be open to working alternating weekends & holidays
