Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Evenings (Contract)
Location: California 95240
Pay: $2,594 – $2,905/week

Schedule

• Full Time Evenings: 5x8-hour shifts/week

• Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

• Must attend full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

• Rotations: Day / Evening / Night / Weekend

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision for adult and geriatric residents

• Collect resident data and communicate findings to RN and interdisciplinary team

• Assist in developing and updating age-appropriate, culturally relevant care plans

• Collaborate with residents, families, and care team to ensure quality outcomes

• Maintain competency through continuing education and participate in staff mentoring/orientation

• Follow safety protocols; potential exposure to blood or body fluids

Requirements

• NY LPN Licensure – Required

• BLS certification (AHA or RQI) – Required

• Minimum 1-year LPN experience in a long-term care setting – Required
