About the Role:

As an LPN Weekend Warrior, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care to patients in our Beech Grove, Indiana facility. Your weekends will be filled with opportunities to:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering medications, treatments, and reinforcing health care instructions

• Collaborate with other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and activities

• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)

• Record patient charts and maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• LPN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
