Location: Asbury Heights | Pittsburgh, PA (Mt. Lebanon)

Available Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1st Shift) & 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

We are looking for high-energy, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses who want to lead, care, and thrive in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

UNBEATABLE WEEKEND SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS!

We know your weekend hours are valuable, and our differentials prove it. On top of your highly competitive base rate, you will earn extra for every single hour worked:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1st Shift):+$2.00 per hour shift differential!

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift):+$5.00 per hour shift differential!

YOUR IMPACT (Key Responsibilities):

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor our fantastic team of nursing assistants (CNAs) on your unit.

• Direct Care: Administer medications and treatments with accuracy according to physician orders.

• Resident Advocacy: Perform clinical assessments, track health changes, and update care plans.

• Clear Communication: Collaborate smoothly with residents, families, and our interdisciplinary medical team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• An active, unencumbered PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Current CPR Certification.

• Sharp clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

• All experience levels welcome! Long-term care experience is great, but New Grads are fully supported and encouraged to apply!
