As a Wellness Coordinator you will help manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to verify that resident's activities of daily living (ADLs) and healthcare needs are met. Verify residents are treated with respect and dignity and verify residents are receiving quality care as their needs change.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Must have at least 1-2yrs nursing experience
* Must have management/supervisory experience in overseeing a clinical care team
* Experience in senior living preferred
* You have provided training and education to caregivers/nurses on an ongoing basis to include classroom in-services and situation-specific training
* You have participated in on-call duties
* You have managed the associate's schedules.
* Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
* Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives
* Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families
* Must have your LPN license in the state of Ohio
