Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Long-Term Care

We are currently hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring and dedicated nursing team. We are looking for dynamic, compassionate nurses who can multitask, work well in a team environment, and truly enjoy caring for the elderly.

• Available shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
• Provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Current LPN license in the State of Louisiana
• Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
