Position Title: LPN
Location: Westbrook, ME 04092
Duration: 14 weeks
Work Schedule: 3rd Shift / Nights (10:45 PM 7:15 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and according to applicable regulations
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Perform nursing assessments and report significant changes in residents' conditions to the RN or appropriate healthcare provider
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
- Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies at all times
- Respond appropriately to residents' needs and emergencies
- Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing interventions are provided safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Current and valid LPN license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Previous 6 months 1-year LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Ability to work the assigned night shift (10:45 PM 7:15 AM)
