Overview
Performs physical therapy procedures and other related tasks under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) and assists the RPT in patient activities. Supervises technicians, volunteers, and students as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:
Education: • Graduate of APTA accredited educational program for Physical Therapists • Assistants required Must have current Alabama license. Must receive BCLS certification within orientation period. Prefer member of APTA.
Experience: • None required
Additional Skills/Abilities: • Must have excellent communication skills • With the ability and willingness to work with all patients in a fast-paced environment.
