Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona

Certifications Requirements:

  • AZ Fingerprints and Background clearance
  • IV Certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience in a long-term care setting
  • Experience working with dementia patients preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to commute up to 30 minutes if necessary, as housing is not provided
  • Strong clinical skills in IV therapy and resident care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
