A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.
Experience working with IDD population in a community setting is preferred.
Experience working with challenging behaviors/MH issues preferred.
A current LVN License and a genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
Description:
Licensed Vocational Nurses coordinate services and care in a community-based program, addressing the overall medical needs of assigned individuals. They perform nursing duties, including assessment, treatment, and follow-through resolution of health issues.
