Pay Rate: $50 - $55 / hour
Estimated Staffing Need:
25 to 30 LPNs
Preferred Experience:
Long Term Care (LTC)
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Nursing Home Experience
Long term care experience is preferred
Minimum Candidate Requirements:LPN
Active New York State LPN License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
LTC/SNF experience preferred
Medication administration and resident care experience

Assignment Details:
8-hour shifts
Day Shift: 6:45 AM 3:15 PM
Evening Shift: 2:45 PM 11:15 PM

Assignments typically range from 6 to 32 weeks
Weekend, holiday, and off-shift availability may be required
