Our client, is a Healthcare company, is looking for a LTC LPN for their New Lisbon, WI location.
Responsibilities:- The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.
- Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
- Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
- Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:- Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
