Summary:
AS A PRODUCTION COOK, you'll be responsible for the preparation of quality food for internal and external customers, and for maintaining food safety and quality assurance. Responsible for the different levels and consistencies of food that patients can tolerate per their diet order. Keeping a clean environment is key

QUALIFCATIONS:
Have an eighth grade reading level
Have technical/culinary school training (preferred)
Have previous cooking experience
Have 1-3 years experience in quantity cooking, knowledge of nutrition/diets (preferred)
Have ability to work flexible hours
Have good communication skills
Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
Be a team player
