As an LTC Day Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create a nurturing environment for those in your care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents‘ health status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Need 1 year experience in setting
