LTL Consulting Analyst

C.H. Robinson is seeking a strategic and analytical LTL Consulting Analyst to help expand and execute our best-in-class LTL Pricing, Benchmarking, Procurement, and Analysis offerings. In this role, you will consult directly with large LTL shippers, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, procurement solutions, and data-driven recommendations that improve cost and service outcomes. You will lead project work from scope through execution, using historical and forecasted data to identify opportunities, measure results, and communicate progress clearly to internal and external audiences. With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.ResponsibilitiesAdvise large LTL shippers on procurement best practices, pricing strategy, and capacity solutions to drive cost and service improvementsPartner with customers and internal stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and align on deliverables and project milestonesLead end-to-end project execution, including planning, tracking progress, and measuring results with minimal oversightDesign data-driven solutions and recommendations using deep LTL and multi-modal expertiseAnalyze historical and forecasted shipment data to identify trends, establish baselines, and uncover cost-saving opportunitiesDeliver clear, executive-ready updates and insights to both internal teams and external customersSupport enterprise LTL opportunities through consultative strategy and advanced benchmarking toolsContinuously enhance pricing models, analytics tools, and revenue management strategiesDevelop and customize reporting and pricing tools to support evolving customer and business needsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 2 years of supply chain experienceExperience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL queryingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and summarize dataPreferred QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to identify trends, patterns and outliers in supply chain data and form insights and recommendationsDemonstrated ability to effectively present, influence, and consult with multiple stakeholders at a variety of levelsProven success in developing and communicating business recommendations and insights in an easy-to-understand way, leveraging data to tell a storyStrong organization and task management skillsAbility to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent resultsUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain functions and relationshipsKnowledge of lean processes and tools for continuous improvementValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentCompensation$54,700.00 - $115,400.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
