Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMPosition SummarySeeking an experienced and motivated LTL Lead to oversee daily operations within the LTL department. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to supporting warehouse and shipping operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily operations of the LTL department.Lead and supervise a team of three LTL clerks.Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure deadlines are met.Resolve shipping and operational issues using strong problem-solving skills.Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.Work closely with warehouse personnel and leadership teams.Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.Support process improvements and operational efficiency.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.QualificationsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, or logistics environment preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and barcode scanners.
