Job Title: LTL Picker
Position Summary
The LTL Picker is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders designated for Less?Than?Truckload (LTL) shipments. This position uses Business Central (BC) pick documents and RFID scanning to verify locations, items, and quantities while following all system?directed picking procedures. The role includes building stable skids, transporting material to staging areas, and supporting auditing and packing teams to ensure accurate and on?time freight shipments. Safe operation of stand?up forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is essential, along with maintaining clean and organized work areas. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast?paced warehouse environment.
