Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Lube Technician/State Emissions Inspector to join our automotive service team. The Lube Technician will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure all vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Inspect and report on vehicle conditions, including brakes, belts, and hoses
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times
Communicate with service advisors about maintenance findings
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an automotive or quick-lube environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
State inspectors license
