Lube Technician

Overview:

Full-Time and Part-Time | Paid Training | No Experience Needed | No Overnights

 

No experience? No problem. We'll train you. If you like working with your hands, take pride in a job done right, and want a team that has your back, LubeZone wants to meet you. We get big rigs serviced and back on the highway in 30 to 40 minutes, and our Lube Technicians make that happen. Already have shop experience? Bring it. We're always ready to welcome great people to the team.

Pay and Schedule

• Competitive pay based on your experience
• Performance incentives starting your first full month, worth up to the equivalent of an extra $3 per hour on top of your hourly rate
• A 4-day workweek option on full-time schedules
• Part-time hours available if you need flexibility
• No overnight work. Ever.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Service big rigs: perform full-service oil changes on semi-trucks, trailers, and buses
• Grease and inspect: lube chassis and driveline components, change air filters, and check tire pressure and fluid levels
• Keep the line moving: work as a team to get drivers serviced and back on the road in 30 to 40 minutes
• Work safe, every time: follow LubeZone's step-by-step service procedures, use wheel chocks, and help guide trucks in and out of the bays
• Take care of our drivers: greet customers, walk them through what you found, and keep them in the loop while they wait
• Own your space: keep bays, equipment, tools, and inventory clean, organized, and ready for the next truck

Qualifications:

What You Need

• No technical experience required. We'll teach you everything
• A great attitude and a passion for customer service
• Reliability and a stable work history
• An interest in mechanical work, or you just enjoy working with your hands
• Pride in keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Able to lift 50 pounds

Bonus Points

• Experience in a quick lube, tire shop, truck stop, or automotive service shop
• Any hands-on experience with semi-trucks or heavy equipment

Pay Range: USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
