Lube Technician

Missouri Organic Recycling is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairs on a variety of heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Your expertise will help ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity of equipment such as excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements on various vehicles and equipment such as diesel trucks, wheel loaders, and skid-steers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine appropriate solutions. 
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and prevent future issues. 
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. 

Qualifications we Consider: 

• Mechanical inclination with a strong willingness to learn. 
• Basic knowledge of Diesel Trucks, Wheel Loaders, and Skid-Steers. 
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
