Lube Technician
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Lube Technician who takes initiative, shows up every day ready to win, and is looking to build a career in the automotive industry.
What Else We're Looking For:
Previous oil change/lube service experience OR experience through an automotive school or automotive training program
Currently enrolled in or graduated from an automotive technology program is a plus
Basic understanding of automotive mechanical systems and maintenance
Ability to perform routine oil and filter changes
Ability to mount and balance tires
Ability to perform tire repairs and patches
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Keeps working space clean and organized
Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the dealership and automotive industry
