Job Summary:
LWA Lube Technicians work hands on with our customers. Working in Upper/Lower bay capacities, presenting customers with , known facts on preventative maintenance with their vehicles, and completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Responsibilities:
Service all vehicles with an oil change to tire rotations.
Customer focused mindset. Our customers are the single reason why we are employed, and we treat them like they were our family.
Follow all company Policies and Procedures.
Keep a clean, organized, and customer ready shop.
Practice safety in every task.
Learning computer systems for OEM standards, entering data, time-clock functions, and parts orders.
Training new team members when applicable.
Reports directly to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Tire Specialist.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Willingness to work as a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Must have a valid drive's license.
Ability to work a rotating Schedule between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 7:00PM
Saturday 8AM - 4PM
