Lube Technicians are the face of a vehicle servicing company, facilitating maintenance and repairs on vehicles for customers as they come into the shop. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!
Their duties and responsibilities include:
Draining the oil from a vehicle and replacing it to manufacturer specifications.
Topping off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid.
Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues.
Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications.
Installing new car parts, such as air filters, oil filters, windshield wipers and batteries.
Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing.
Creating detailed service reports for customers.
Inspecting and assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall health.
Recommending appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires.
Repairing punctures and replacing faulty valves.
Installing new tires.
Balancing tires and completing.
Our Quick Lube also takes care of cleaning the shop and taking out the trash, and cleaning bathrooms.
