    The Lubrication Technician is responsible for the inspection, lubrication, monitoring, and maintenance of CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment throughout the facility. This position helps maximize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend machine life through proper lubrication and fluid management.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform scheduled lubrication services on CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, and supporting equipment.
    • Inspect and maintain automatic lubrication, hydraulic, coolant, and way-lube systems.
    • Monitor lubricant, hydraulic oil, coolant, and grease levels.
    • Change oils, filters, coolants, and other fluids according to PM schedules.
    • Identify and report leaks, contamination, abnormal consumption, and lubrication system failures.
    • Maintain lubricant and maintenance supply inventories.
    • Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
    • Follow all safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures.
    • Keep work areas clean and organized.

    Required Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience; basic understanding of CNC equipment and industrial lubrication systems.
