Schedule

Full-Time Monday-Friday Availability Required

Approximately 20+ Shifts Per Month

8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

10-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Provider Must Be Willing to Work Both 8- and 10-Hour Shifts

No Call Required

Patient Population / Volume

Adult Patients: Approximately 75%

Pediatric Patients: Approximately 25%

Approximately 40-60 OR Cases Per Day

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide Anesthesia Coverage in a Care Team Model

General Surgery

ENT

Plastic Surgery

Ophthalmology

Retina

Orthopedic Surgery

Urology

Gynecology

Endoscopy

Provide Anesthesia Across Multiple Surgical Subspecialties

Perform Lines, Epidurals, and Spinals if Experienced and Previously Competent in These Procedures

Must Be Comfortable Providing Pediatric Anesthesia

Clinical Environment / Support

CRNAs Work in a Care Team Model

Typical Concurrency Is 3:1 or Less

Anesthesiologists May Independently Cover Rooms

Anesthesia Tech Support Available at Most Locations

Provider Will Not Work Solo

Cross-Credentialing at Additional Locations Required

Board Certified CRNA - Required

Pennsylvania License Not Required at Initial Application

Candidates Needing to Obtain Pennsylvania Licensure May Be Considered

ACLS - Required

BLS - Required

CPR - Required

Minimum 1 Year of Experience - Required

Pediatric Comfort - Required

Must Have Full-Time Monday-Friday Availability

Must Be Willing to Work Both 8- and 10-Hour Shifts

Must Reside Outside a 40-Mile Radius of the Primary Hospital
