Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic coverage. This is a full-time locum opportunity with no call responsibilities, caring for adult hematology and oncology patients in a collaborative practice environment.
Compensation: Hourly: $110/hr, Orientation: $90/hr.

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Practice Setting
Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic
Adult patients only
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Diagnose and manage hematology and oncology patients
Conduct patient evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic testing
Monitor patients receiving therapy
Provide patient education
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology team
EMR: Epic
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
Active Maryland license
DEA and CSR required
BLS certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Strongly preferred experience in:
Hematology/Oncology
Oncology
Internal Medicine
Hospital Medicine
Epic proficiency required
Additional Information
Full-time provider strongly preferred, though two part-time providers may be considered to meet coverage needs.
Adult patient population only.
Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days.
