Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Inpatient Neurosurgery Coverage
Round With APP Support
Evaluate and Manage Neurosurgical Consults
Respond to ICU and Emergency Department Neurosurgical Calls
Perform Surgery as Needed for Acute Care Patients
Provide Coverage for Level II Trauma Patients
Provide Coverage for Comprehensive Stroke Patients
Manage General Neurosurgical Conditions
Provide Acute Neurosurgical Intervention as Clinically Indicated

Board Certified OR Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery - Required
Pennsylvania Medical License Required for Assignment
Candidates Needing to Obtain Pennsylvania Licensure May Be Considered
DEA - Required

ACLS - Required
Minimum 1 Year of Experience - Required
Must Be Comfortable Working Independently
Must Be Comfortable With Trauma and Acute Neurosurgical Coverage
