Job Description - General Labor / Lumper (1st Shift)

Shift: 2nd Shift | Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM | Schedule: ~40 hrs/week

Pay Rate: $15.92/hr + 1.15 Benefit Pay - Total 17.07

Position Summary

We are hiring General Labor / Lumpers to support warehouse operations by loading and unloading freight, moving product, and performing other general warehouse tasks. This role requires consistent heavy lifting and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers/containers by hand (lumper work)
• Move, stack, and stage product in designated areas
• Assist with order picking/packing and general warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow all site safety rules
• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive physical work including heavy lifting (per job tier: up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift and work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the scheduled shift
• Warehouse experience (load/unload, unloading, general warehouse) preferred but not required
