Lumper Associate

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Tire Lumper to join our team in Groveport, OH. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable, reliable, and comfortable performing fast-paced warehouse work. The ideal candidate is able to safely lift, move, load, unload, and stack tires while maintaining good attendance and following all safety procedures.
Pay Rate: 

• $19.00 per hour

Shift/Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Two 10-minute paid breaks
• Overtime and weekend work may be available during peak periods

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or physical labor experience preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and stack tires
• Ability to work in a fast-paced physical environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Must wear steel-toe boots
• Must be comfortable working in a facility without air conditioning, as temperatures can become hot during the summer
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tires from trucks and trailers
• Lift, carry, move, and stack tires safely and efficiently
• Organize and stage tires in designated areas
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Follow proper lifting techniques and all safety procedures
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and loading goals
• Assist with overtime and weekend work during peak periods as needed

Working Conditions:

• The facility has a heater but does not have a cooling system. The warehouse can become hot during the summer months.
