Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Lumper to join our client in Fall River, MA! This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 6 am - 2:30 pm | Monday - Friday
• Located in Fall River, MA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments from trucks and containers
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets according to warehouse standards
• Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading docks and warehouse areas
• Work closely with forklift operators to ensure efficient material movement
• Complete loading and unloading tasks in a timely manner to support operations

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 60 lbs consistently
• Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°ree;F
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
