Job Title: Warehouse General Labor / Lumper (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Location: Aurora, IL 60502
Right-to-Hire / Temp-to-Perm
Pay rate:

• 2nd Shift: $18.50/hr base + $1.00/hr Shift Differential = $19.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: $18.50/hr base + $2.00/hr Shift Differential = $20.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (40.0 hours/week)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (40.0 hours/week)

• Accurately stack, arrange, build pallets, and shrink-wrap material weighing between 5 lbs and 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift
• Maintain facility cleanliness, aisle safety, and warehouse organization following 5S methodologies
• Follow oral and written work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
• Interact professionally with team members, supervisors, and leads across plant operations
• Adapt quickly to shifting operational demands, daily volume changes, and extra assignments as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age by the start date
• Steel-toe safety boots required on day one
• Physical capability to continuously lift, carry, stack, and move 5 to 50 lbs unassisted throughout an 8-hour shift required
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to execute repetitive physical labor consistently required
