We are hiring Lumpers/Pallet Jack Operators in Richmond, VA to select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment promptly.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating Sundays, 5:00 AM until work is complete
Job Description:
Responsible for safely and efficiently moving products within the warehouse, including transferring items from trailers to designated staging areas. Ensure all safety regulations are followed, quality standards are maintained, and workflow is optimized. This position requires teamwork and flexibility to perform any tasks needed to support company operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Move products from trailers to dock staging areas safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for damage and notify receivers as necessary.
Maintain quality and safety standards during the receiving process.
Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, standing, walking, and finger/wrist manipulation.
Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items over 20 lbs on more than an occasional basis.
Equipment Used:
Pallet jack
Handheld tools or devices
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Previous warehouse or production work experience
OSHA Forklift Operator Certificate preferred
