Indy West Christian School is seeking a caring, organized, and dependable Christian individual to serve as our Lunch Coordinator for the 2026–2027 school year. This important role supports the daily rhythm of school life by helping ensure that students are well cared for and lunch operations run smoothly-all while modeling Christ-centered character and joy.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, values meaningful connections with students and families, and desires to serve in a ministry-minded school community.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the lunch program in partnership with the local school district
- Manage lunch accounts, payments, and balances through FACTS
- Communicate daily lunch counts and monitor account activity
- Support families with account questions and follow-up
- Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen and manage inventory
- Help create a welcoming, positive environment for students during lunchtime
- Support the overall mission of the school through service, teamwork, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for Christian education
- Alignment with the school's Statement of Faith and values
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with students, families, and staff
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
