Marlow Ford is seeking a seasoned service technician to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, documenting the story, capturing images, and taking videos of vehicle work
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 4 years of experience as an auto technician
- Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Must be a fast learner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be computer literate
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a High School Diploma
