We are currently hiring Distribution Clerks / Order Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Groveport, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active and are looking for a long-term position with the potential to be hired on permanently.

Shift Options

1st Shift
Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

2nd Shift
Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Weekend Shift
Friday-Sunday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Monday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to process inventory and orders
• Receive and put away incoming products
• Label products and prepare shipments
• Build boxes and assemble cartons
• Load trailers and prepare outbound shipments
• Perform inventory-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
• Support warehouse operations with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for a full shift
• Comfortable walking 5-9 miles per shift
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Previous picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $18.70 to $19.20 per hour
