Luxury Automotive Sales Representative - Mercedes Benz of Billings, MT

Ed Morse is currently seeking a Luxury Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. In July 2026 this location was acquired by Ed Morse Auto Group following a recent completion of a $15 million dollar renovation and expansion! Unlimited earning potential and a base pay that is FAR above the industry average. Must have prior luxury sales experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury automotive sales required
• Former management experience is encourage but not required.
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
• Proven sales history and CSI record may be required for review
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Valid Driver's license
