Client Overview:
Our client is a prestigious luxury retail brand known for delivering exceptional client experiences, premium products, and world-class service. They are looking to add a Luxury Client Advisor to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$28/hr - $36/hr + Commission

Position Overview:
The Client Advisor will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborates closely with team members to achieve store goals. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities of the Luxury Client Advisor:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and client retention.
  • Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and remain current on collections, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain store presentation standards and assist with product displays and floor moves as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Uphold brand standards through professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Assist with loss prevention efforts and maintain accurate inventory controls.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and maintain flexibility with workload and scheduling requirements.
Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Client Advisor:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Luxury Client Advisor:
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems or managing a client book.
  • Background in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, jewelry, watches, or other premium goods categories.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and clienteling best practices.
  • A polished, service-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
