UNARMED LUXURY CONDO SECURITY OFFICER

Location: Downtown Chicago, IL - River North

Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday 2 PM - 10 PM

• ILLINOIS PERC CARD REQUIRED
• 20-HOUR SECURITY TRAINING CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
• LUXURY CONDO/HOA/RESIDENTIAL SECURITY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a luxury condo location in Downtown Chicago (River North area).

This position is ideal for a security professional who understands the unique expectations of luxury living and can maintain a polished, discreet, and customer-focused presence.

The highest standards of professionalism, appearance, communication, and customer service are expected at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional, visible, and discreet security presence
• Monitor the environment and identify potential security or safety concerns
• Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, and policy violations
• Respond appropriately to security and emergency situations
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and employees
• Follow all client and company security procedures and post orders
• Maintain awareness of customer and employee activity while providing exceptional service
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling security-related matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Illinois PERC Card in good standing required
• 20-Hour Security Training Certificate required
• Previous luxury condo/HOA/residential security experience preferred
• Customer service experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with high-end clientele, employees, and management
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism

Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday 2 PM - 10 PM

This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, Weekends.
