Description



Project Supervision

  • Oversee all phases of custom home construction from site preparation through final completion.
  • Manage daily jobsite operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues.


Quality Control

  • Ensure all work meets architectural plans, specifications, and luxury construction standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintain strict quality assurance procedures.
  • Oversee installation of high-end finishes, millwork, cabinetry, stone, and custom features.
  • Manage punch list completion and final homeowner walkthroughs.


Client & Team Coordination

  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Coordinate design changes, selections, and field modifications.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the construction process.


Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and inspection requirements.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate municipal inspections and obtain required approvals.

Profile

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience in luxury custom residential construction.
  • Proven track record managing custom homes valued at $3M+.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
  • Experience working with high-end finishes and discerning homeowners.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 USD annually, based on experience.

  • Aetna Insurance Select coverage begins after 90 days of employment.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $650 for the Superintendent role.
