Luxury Furniture Sales Consultant

Our client is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Luxury Furniture Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while helping customers select premium furniture, accessories, and home décor that reflect their lifestyle and design preferences. The ideal candidate is passionate about interior design, relationship building, and achieving sales goals through consultative selling rather than high-pressure tactics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and engage clients in a warm, professional manner.

• Develop lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.

• Understand clients' needs, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences to recommend appropriate furnishings.

• Present product features, materials, customization options, and design solutions.

• Create furniture layouts and coordinate selections for complete-room projects.

• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and purchase agreements accurately.

• Maintain knowledge of current product lines, trends, fabrics, finishes, and manufacturers.

• Coordinate with delivery and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Follow up on outstanding quotes and special orders.

• Maintain showroom appearance, merchandising standards, and product displays.

• Build business through referrals, repeat customers, networking, and community engagement.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

• Accurately process transactions using the company's point-of-sale and CRM systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS or CRM software.
